Returns and Exchanges of Inkjet Cartridges or Toner Cartridges

If you find that your inkjet cartridge or toner cartridge is defective in any way, you may return the inkjet cartridge or toner cartridge to us within 120 days and we will send out a replacement inkjet cartridge or toner cartridge free of charge. If you are not satisfied with your cartridge for any reason you may also return the cartridge for a refund. Non-defective products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All product returns require a return authorization number from our customer service department. Please be sure to complete the following form before returning your product to buyjustink.com.
